THE INFINITE LIGHTNESS OF BEING

Fascinated by the symbolism and narrative of a 19th century Indian temple filled with yogic figures, these lyrical pictures, “THE INFINITE LIGHTNESS OF BEING” have been brought to life by both ancient and modern techniques, culminating in exhibitions at Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur and Rebecca Hossack Gallery, London and New York. Highlighting the rich but endangered cultural heritage of Rajasthan. Informed by art historians, sadhus and Sanskrit scholars and under the patronage of HH Gaj Singh of Jodhpur, this has been a journey of discovery and enlightenment for me.
